Lifetime Deal Addendum

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Lifetime Deal Addendum (“LTD Addendum”) supplements and forms part of the Push0 Terms of Service. It applies exclusively to customers who have purchased a Lifetime Deal offering from Push0.

1. Definitions

“Lifetime Deal” or “LTD” means the one-time payment plan offered by Provider under special terms.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Push0 service in its current or substantially similar form, and not the lifetime of the Customer, its business, or its owners.

2. Scope of Lifetime Deal

The LTD grants Customer access to specific features and usage quotas as explicitly stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable offer. Unless expressly included in the original offer, the following are not covered by the LTD:

Future major features or entirely new products
Priority or dedicated support
Advanced analytics modules
Higher usage tiers beyond the defined fair use limits
Any add-ons or premium functionality released after the purchase date

Provider reserves the right to introduce new features as paid upgrades or separate subscriptions.

3. Fair Use Limits and Quotas

The LTD is subject to fair and reasonable use limits. Specific monthly quotas (e.g., number of push notifications, active devices, API calls, or other metrics) are defined at the time of purchase. Exceeding these limits on a consistent basis may result in:

Temporary throttling of the service
Requirement to upgrade to a standard paid subscription
Suspension of the Account until resolved

4. Protection Against Abuse

Provider may monitor usage to prevent abuse. The following actions constitute abuse and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the LTD:

Reselling, sharing, or providing white-label access to the Services
Using the LTD for multiple unrelated businesses or clients
Excessively high volume usage clearly exceeding normal B2B operations
Attempting to circumvent rate limits or fair use policies
Sharing API keys or login credentials with third parties

In case of abuse, Provider may require the Customer to migrate to a regular paid subscription plan.

5. Expiration and Termination of LTD

The LTD access may expire or be terminated in the following cases:

Discontinuation of the Push0 service or substantial change in its core functionality (with reasonable prior notice)
Material breach of the Terms of Service or this LTD Addendum
Confirmed abuse as described above
Non-payment of any additional fees for add-ons or overage charges

Upon expiration or termination, access will either revert to a free tier (if available) or be fully terminated.

6. No Resale or Transfer

LTD access is strictly personal to the purchasing Customer and is non-transferable and non-resellable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, assign, or share the benefits of the LTD shall be void and may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Changes to Service or Infrastructure

Provider may modify the underlying infrastructure, third-party dependencies, or feature set over time. While Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the core functionality of the Services, it does not guarantee that all features available at the time of LTD purchase will remain unchanged indefinitely.

8. General Provisions

All provisions of the Push0 Terms of Service apply to LTD Customers unless explicitly modified by this Addendum. In the event of any conflict between this LTD Addendum and the main Terms of Service, this Addendum shall prevail with respect to LTD-specific matters.

This LTD Addendum does not create any perpetual obligation on Provider to maintain the service indefinitely.
