Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is incorporated by reference into the Push0 Terms of Service. It outlines prohibited uses of the Services. Any violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

1. General Requirements

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP. You are solely responsible for all content and notifications sent through your Account and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where notifications are delivered.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Send unsolicited push notifications or messages that violate anti-spam laws (including but not limited to the ePrivacy Directive, national implementations of ePrivacy rules, or equivalent regulations).
Send notifications without obtaining prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent from the end-user where required by law.
Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in phishing, social engineering, fraud, or any deceptive practices.
Distribute malware, viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
Send notifications promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling (where restricted), sale of weapons, narcotics, or adult content in jurisdictions where such content is prohibited.
Infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party platforms (including Apple APNs, Google FCM, or carrier networks).
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any related systems.
Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
Resell, sublicense, or provide white-label access to the Services to third parties without explicit written permission from Provider.

3. Content Restrictions

Notification content must not:

Contain hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
Promote or glorify violence, self-harm, or illegal substances.
Violate applicable advertising, marketing, or consumer protection laws.
Include personal or sensitive data without proper legal basis and security measures.

4. Technical and Security Restrictions

You agree not to:

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
Use any automated means (including bots or scripts) to access the Services beyond the provided API, except as expressly permitted.
Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload the system.
Share API keys or login credentials with unauthorized persons.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services.

5. Platform Policy Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party platforms, including:

Apple Push Notification service (APNs) terms and App Store Review Guidelines
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) policies
Any other applicable mobile platform or carrier policies

Violations of these third-party policies may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

6. Enforcement

Provider reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and investigate violations of this AUP. We may remove or block any content, suspend your access, or terminate your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated this AUP.

Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent termination of your Account without refund.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected].

8. Changes to this AUP

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated AUP constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
